DH2 is a hot-melt adhesive film product with level 4 yellowing resistance specially used for shoe materials. Breathable upper fit for sneakers. The following video is the process of testing the yellowing resistance of DH2 hot melt adhesive film.
Test process: Cut the hot melt adhesive film with the standard width (25mm) for testing - put it into the instrument prepared with the test conditions - fit test - tensile test
Yellowing resistance test conditions:
Temperature: 50℃ Time: 12 hours
The distance between the light source and the material is 250mm
Fitting conditions:
Single base material and double base material
Temperature: 125-135℃ Time: 15-20s
